Date with Paint: Art Therapy with Easel Bay

Join ‘Art Therapy’ organisers Easel Bay for an activity that transcends boundaries and connects individuals.
Easel Bay’s primary objective has been to provide a painting experience that offsets the lack of real human interactions in the modern era. With a group of helpful ‘artists-on-call’ and access to an apron, an easel, a palette, a canvas, brushes and unlimited paint, they facilitate moments of creativity and imagination as they bridge the communicative gap between individuals today.
This Saturday evening, they are inviting you to participate in a classic Art Therapy session. They encourage you to bring a friend, partner, parent or sibling to enjoy the process together. There is absolutely no need for previous art experience, and the only requirement is to disengage from the devices that hold our attention for extended periods of time in order to have meaningful experiences in the present.
Easel Bay has brought their services to carnivals, parties, corporate events and family functions, and are teaming up with the British Council for this engaging Art Therapy session.
The British Council is a UK charity organisation working to promote better cultural relations and provide educational opportunities in art disciplines, culture, language and civil society. They have an international reach spanning a 100 countries and annually connect with over half a billion individuals online via publications and broadcasts. Come to their venue this Saturday with a plus one to enjoy good company, some light food and the therapeutic process of painting.
