The event Khamoshi will comprise of a yoga session, by Alayna Agha, to relax the participants and make them connected to their bodies.

Followed by a talk by Asad Kothari on "The Art of Slowing Down," aiming at fostering mindfulness and embracing a thoughtful pace in life. 

Refreshments and yoga mats will be provided to our attendees
