Seed of Life Self Healer's *Festival Islamabad is the 3rd Chapter, with 2 events already having taken place in Lahore Bedian. SOL is focused on promoting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being with a variety of activities and workshops designed to help attendees achieve balance and health in different aspects of their lives. We will be holding:

• Workshops: Sessions led by experts in areas such as meditation, yoga, nutrition, alternative medicine, and stress management.
• Holistic Therapies: Opportunities to experience practices like acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, and energy healing.
• Healthy Living: Vendors offering organic food, herbal remedies, natural beauty products, and other wellness-related items.
• Community and Connection: Activities that encourage social interaction, support networks, and community building.
