The perfect blend of functional movement, strength training, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning all in ONE! All levels of fitness are welcome, as all workouts are scaled down or up, depending on where you stand.
Fitcamp encourages women to move better, pain-free and enhance their overall quality of life. Workouts are structured in a way to get you lean, strong and energised through the use of functional and compound movements. There are VERY limited spots because fit camp girls all deserve a lot of attention.
Detailed workouts will be sent the morning of your workout and classes will be held via ZOOM (optional)
Days: Mon, Wed, Fri - Timing: 3:30 pm
Option 1: 5 classes Per Month PKR 8,000
Option 2: 12 classes (monthly package including Ramzan) PKR 15,000
Both will start by the 15th*
