Fat loss with Saba: 4:45 - 5:30 pm
Strength & Mobility with Tooba: 5:30 - 6:00 pm
HIIT & Strength with Ali: 8:00 - 9:00 pm
Strength & Conditioning / Fat Loss / Performance / Muscle Maintenance (Mixed) with Tooba: 10:30 -11:30pm
