In Gilgit Baltistan (GB), women are central to society but not included and supported. Women there are constrained by social and economic inequality, scant communication tools, human rights violations, and abandonment. Our work/association empowers local women and girls to lead change in their communities by encouragement and motivation.
Our organization, ConFIDE with the focus to empower girls and women of GB, is pleased to present this proposal for your review. We look forward to inviting you to our show ‘Together We Triumph – A Fundraiser’ to celebrate and rejoice in the journey of empowered women who are contributing at the national/international level. The event will be on the 15th of January 2021 in Lok Virsa, Islamabad.
