I offer personalized fitness training, in a CrossFit format. Each session includes a 10 to 20 minute warmup, followed by 20 minutes of continuous exercise which is tailored to each client’s individual needs and abilities, followed by a 5 to 10 minute cool-down during which we stretch out and release the muscles we have worked the most during exercise.
My sessions are personalized to each client’s personal goals and requirements. I encourage constant feedback about what exercises the client likes and dislikes, what pace is working for them and what isn’t. I never want a client to be overwhelmed with what we are doing together, and I want them to enjoy the idea of coming back to work out with me, so I try to make the experience as fun as possible!
