The Strategic Human Resource Society (SHRS)
In order to realize its vision and commitment to ensuring the best professional development opportunities for its students, IoBm’s leading society SHRS with the mission “Aligning Human Competencies”, works towards the human resource management sector of the corporate world. Its aims include reaching out and enlightening the younger generation of corporate enthusiasts and budding entrepreneurs and equipping these talented individuals with awareness of human resource practices world wide. Founded in 2008, SRHS established Zenith Leadership and Development Conference (ZLDC) as its flagship event, with the mission that ‘Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality”.

Year after year, SHRS brings to you a bigger and better version of ZLDC; highly motivated individuals take part in a two-day conference full of new experiences and learning opportunities. Highly interactive and with a focus on activity based learning, the conference helps the participants explore the talents, interests and skills that will help them achieve greater heights in the corporate world. The workshops and applicative exercises instil a sense of teamwork in order to achieve something bigger.

Nusrat Hidayatullah
“Start with what you have and look within yourself for the answers.”
These words were spoken by our speaker, Nusrat Hidayatullah who is the founder of the largest boot camp in Asia, the woman behind the famous 42-day challenge and Karach’s latest health eatery ‘The F word’. A lawyer, who has dedicated her life to fitness and nutrition and has risen to become one of the most inspirational fitness instructors in Pakistan.
This year at Zenith, she’s coming to aspire the participants with her integrity and knowledge as she believes that the next generation can be saved from the issues we’re dealing currently. When we know better we can do better.
Dr.Arif Pyarali
From inspiring people with tremendous talent and remarkable achievements, IoBM’s very own Dr.Arif Pyarali will be here this ZLDC XI.
Dr. Arif has played various jobs,counting the job of a coach and OD expert. As a Director Training Arrangements, Dr. Arif drives Learning Minds in deals, showcasing and business methodology.
Hareem Farooq
Hareem Farooq’s career and talent stretch broader than the horizon under the rising sun. She has taken her skill to the screen and stage alike in movies like Heer Manja and dramas like Diyar e Dil and Doosri Biwi. Hareem became the first female actor turned producer when she co-produced, first; Janaan, and then the 2018 national hit; Parchi. Her work ethic is remarkable and her tale inspires women everywhere struggling against the ebb and flow of societal norms.
Her presence will make this year’s ZLDC bigger and better!
Mr. Saeed Mirza
This year, ZLDC gives you a chance to meet Mr. Sadeed Mirza, an internationally certified hypnotist and neurolinguistic programming (NLP) practitioner. He believes that developing a connection with your soul and the unconscious mind allows you to control everything, let alone your emotions. According to him, our sixth sense plays a vital role in shaping up our personality.Get ready to take your first step toward mastering the art of personal development!
Shaykh Atif Ahmed
Shaykh Atif Ahmed is the C.E.O of the educational institute under which several projects and organs operate, including Al Midrar, Al Munadi, and Cyclone labs. Shaykh Atif Ahmed genuinely believes in the promotion of creating a culture of English trainers to counsel the youth. He helps in providing curriculums to schools to facilitate the facets of our schools, colleges and universities.
We need such individuals to be a part of our society and luckily ZLDC XI have Mr. Atif on-board . So get ready for an illustrious session by Shaykh Atif Ahmed.
Jibran Nasir
A man driven by his principles, Jibran Nasir is a lawyer who isn’t limited to or by his degree. He is an active human rights advocate working relentlessly towards protecting minorities and marginalized groups. Completely unshaken in the face of opposition, Mr. Nasir remains totally unafraid of demanding justice for those less fortunate and working towards reclaiming Pakistan from violent extremists. He goes further on his righteous path by also doing relief work along with Elaj trust.
With all that, its safe to say Jibran Nasir is on a moral high ground above us all making him the perfect speaker to address the need to question that which seems unfair and to protect those around us at this years ZLDC.
Zahid Ahmed
An actual physical representation of raw talent, Zahid Ahmed has seen success in many an artistic field. Something of a believer of ‘slow and steady wins the race’, Mr. Ahmed started his career as a radio jockey and voice-over artist in 2002 and steadily worked his way into plays like ‘it runs in the family’ in 2006. n 2014 his television debut in the drama mehram propelled him to stardom and since then, there’s been no looking back for Zahid Ahmed as he went on to star in many dramas including Jugnoo, Sangat and meray pass tum raho.
The true brilliance of his work lies in how Mr. Ahmed can go from being the lovable protagonist to the spiteful villain in the blink of an eye and as a true artist he doesn’t shy from challenging roles. Watch him shine once more as he takes to the stage to walk you through his life experiences!

Be ready to be enthralled by a series of exhilarating workshops with group activities that will leave your mind boggled.
Role Model Sessions
This session calls famous personalities to speak on a given theme and the consequences they faced till they got their desires. Participants will interact through Q&A sessions.
Breakout sessions
Divided into small groups, participants will interact and work on topics assigned by the speaker. Each group will present their viewpoints to the audience and the best presentation will be rewarded instilling a feeling of teamwork and unity.
