It is no hidden secret that one of the biggest issues facing Pakistan is rampant illiteracy which has snowballed into various other problems. In the midst of such issues facing our society, The Citizens Foundation has been playing a pivotal role for the past 25 years in eradicating illiteracy from the country.

Ilmathon 2020 is an extravagant celebration of this 25 years’ journey that TCF and all its patrons have been part of. A journey whose aim from the outset has been the promotion of indiscriminate education which has manifested in 1500+ schools across Pakistan. Ilmathon 2020 is just that event that seeks to strengthen this resolve and serve the community.

About TCF

The Citizens Foundation does not need any introduction. Without a shadow of a doubt one can say that it is the biggest not-for-profit organization in Pakistan, working to bring a positive change through the provision of education for the less privileged across the country. Started off 25 years back with the aim of removing barriers of class and privilege through the power of quality education that enables moral, spiritual and intellectual enlightenment, TCF has truly upheld its values of Integrity, Ownership and Continuous Improvement.

This unbridled commitment is reflected in the 2500+ less privileged students who are provided quality education in TCF’s 1567 schools.
