Global Entrepreneurship Week 2019 at Lincoln Center

Future business(wo)men of Karachi, brace yourselves as the global entrepreneurship week comes to Pakistan! This year at Lincoln Center, this one week immersion will be packed with all the necessary programs to motivate, inspire and assist our entrepreneurs in their business pursuits. But before we further unpack what is in store, lets first know what the Global Entrepreneurship Week is.

What is Global Entrepreneurship Week?

Every year during November, more than 170 countries come together to celebrate the inspirers, the idea generators and the drivers of economic growth, and are fondly called as “global entrepreneurs”, “innovators” and “job creators”.

Between the 18th and 24th November, countries from around the world will engage in connecting these minds with collaborators, mentors and stakeholder groups in order to develop a network of synergistic partners and new opportunities.

Supported by the Kauffman Foundation, Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is endorsed by a great number of world leaders and has a network of more than 15,000 partner entities. During this one-week event, GEW will host several global activities which aim to engage and connect stakeholder groups and assist entrepreneurs along their pioneering journey. Events range from large-scale contests to smaller more intimate networking events.
